博弈论在城市土地配置过程中的运用

中央、地方以及土地使用者三方之间的矛盾冲突是困扰城市土地资源配置的一大难题,如何科学配置有限的土地资源,是实现城市土地资源合理利用的根本。文章运用博弈论的有关知识,对我国城市土地资源配置过程中的多方利益博弈进行了深入的分析和探讨。

With further development of socialist market economy,competition on urban land resources gets more and more fierce.The key to maximizing profits from urban land is to distribute the limited land resources rationally,and solve conflicts among central authorities,local government,and land users on this point.Applying game theory,this paper approaches some problems related with distribution of urban land in China.
