长江三角洲城市化发展战略研究

Strategy Research for increasing urbanization of the Yangtze River Delta

长江三角洲地区是我国最大的经济核心区,已初步形成一定的城市化体系,但仍面临着城市化发展进程滞后、整体发展层次偏低等较为突出的问题,影响了长江三角洲地区经济社会协调发展。加速推进城市化发展是长江三角洲地区提前基本实现现代化的内在要求和必然选择。文章以长江三角洲为例探讨城市化发展战略,提出要重视区域规划、城镇体系规划,加强城市发展的分工与协作;大、中、小城市协调发展;建设地域性城市体系,推进大城市经济圈的发展等对策。

The Yangtze River Delta is the largest economic core in China,having formed urbanization system basically.However,there are still some outstanding problems such as lag course of urbanization,the general low level development of urbanization,etc.Those problems influenced the harmonious development of the Yangtze River Delta.In the paper the author brings forward some urbanization strategies,including in thinking much of territorial layout and strengthening the division and cooperation among cities,developing large,moderate and small cities in line,constructing territorial city system around the central cities,and so on.At last,the author emˉphasizes we must renew concept and make institutional innovation to advance urbanization.
