A Simple Discussion of Commercial Secret Protection Legislation of Our Country

文章依据我国现行法律、法规和WTO《与贸易有关的知识产权协定》,论述了商业秘密的认定、目前我国商业秘密保护立法的现状及存在的问题,并结合实际提出我国制定《商业秘密保护法》应注意的问题。

According to our country's current laws and regulations and《Agreement on Trade-Related Asˉpects of Intellectual Property Rights》of WTO,this article discussed the cognizance of commercial secret、the acˉtuality of our country's commercial secret protection legislation and the existing problems,and put forward some problems which should be paid attention to when we establish《lawof commercial secret protection》combining with the reality.
