气相色谱法测定生物柴油中的脂肪酸甲酯 被引量:18

摘要 采用气相色谱法,以十三酸甲酯作内标,建立了准确测定生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯(FFMES)组成及含量的方法 试验结果表明:各脂肪酸甲酯浓度在4~32mg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系(R>0 998),回收率为97 85%~101 58%;准确度试验中各甲酯的变异系数CV均小于0 468% 此方法简单。 To develop an accurate determination method of fatty acid methyl esters in biodiesel by GC. Terdecanoic acid methyl ester was used as internal standard. The result showed that the standard curve for the three major constituents such as palmitic acid methyl ester, oleic acid methyl ester and linolenic acid methyl ester were linear over the range of 4~32 mg/mL(r>0.998). The average recovery was 97.85%~101.58%. with the rang of the coefficient of variance no more than 0.468%. This one is simple and has a good reproducibility.
