摘要
将Novozym342酶和EnzynkE1688酶制剂应用于混合办公废纸的酶法脱墨中 应用正交实验设计方法研究了酶处理时间、pH值、处理温度、浆浓、酶用量等对混合办公废纸脱墨浆性能的影响,并对两种酶对混合办公废纸脱墨浆性能的影响进行了比较,同时还对2种酶与普通脱墨剂的脱墨效果进行了比较 研究表明,纤维素酶和酶制剂的加入能显著降低脱墨浆的尘埃度,提高纸浆的白度 与EnzynkE1688酶制剂相比。
Novozym342 enzyme and Enzynk E1688 enzyme were applied to the deinking of mixed office waste.Using orthogonal design method, the experiment was to study the influences of process time,hydrogen ion index, temperature,consistency,and enzyme dosage on the effects of deinking,and the effects of enzymes treatments on the properties of the deinking pulp were compared. Also the effect of two kinds of enzyme and ordinary deinking pharmaceutical were compared. The results showed that the addition of cellulase and cellulase preparation could decrease the dirt count of the deinking pulp obviously and improve brighness of pulp .Compare with Enzynk E1688,deinking effects of Novozym342 enzyme is better.
