脑卒中后吞咽障碍的研究进展 被引量：79

摘要 吞咽障碍是脑卒中常见并发症之一,多数患者伴有构音障碍和摄食困难,难以实现言语交流,据文献报道,脑卒中急性期吞咽障碍发生率为41%,慢性期为16%[1],脑干卒中吞咽障碍发生率为51%[2].由于吞咽困难易于导致不良预后,如吸入性肺炎、脱水、营养不良等各种并发症,甚至可造成生命危险,影响脑卒中康复,因此强调对脑卒中患者吞咽困难早期诊断、早期评定、早期治疗,显然是十分必要的.
