摘要
设计并制作了管式烟气-空气热交换器,搭建了试验台系统,进行热工性能和空气侧阻力特性的研究。按正交回归法进行强化传热前后对比试验,得出其传热系数、热交换器效率、空气侧阻力的回归公式,并进行显著性检验。
Flue gas-air tube heat exchanger is designed and made, its test-bed system is put up, and the thermal property and resistance characteristic of air side are studied. The contrast test before and after intensified heat transfer is conducted with orthogonal regression method, the regression formulas of its heat transfer coefficient, efficiency and air side resistance are obtained, and the significance test is conducted.
