摘要 无钢衬高压钢筋混凝土岔管系引进技术项目,在我国首次采用。施工中采用少进尺、多循环、周边光爆、锚杆跟进支护的开挖控制技术。较好地解决了Φ36钢筋三维弯曲及模板型式与混凝土泌水、养护的问题;优选配合比解决了泵送混凝土与减少水泥用量和低坍落度的矛盾。国内首次采用6.5MPa高压固结灌浆获得成功。 High pressure RC bifurcated tunnels with no steel lining in GPSP was firstly adopted in China. In tunnelling a method of low advancing, multi-rounds per shift, smooth blasting and forward support by rock-bolting was used. In concreting the problems of bleeding and curing as well as form shape were solved. For pumping concrete mixture the problem of reducing the cement content and keeping better workability was also solved by using optimum proportioning. The success of grouting with a pressure as high as 6.5 MPa was achieved for the first time in China.
