Construction of High Pressure Inclined Shaft in GPSP

摘要 在广蓄电站高压长斜井施工中,先采用正、反井同时掘进的方法开挖导井,后自上而下采用掌子面垂直于洞轴线方法扩大开挖,用XDM-8.5型多功能模板和引进的斜井滑模进行混凝土衬砌。在灌浆施工中,为防止发生水力劈裂,采取了“低压慢灌、逐步升压、控制灰量、浓浆待凝”的对策。通过充水试验,施工质量达到了要求。 Excavation of the high pressure long inclined shaft proceeded firstly from cutting a pilot shaft from top downward and bottom upward concurrently. Then the pilot shaft was widened from the top to the bottom with the working face perpendicular to the axis of the shaft. The concrete lining was constructed by means of the multifunctional forms of Model XDM-8.5 and the slip form for inclined shaft imported from abroad. To prevent hydraulic cracks, a special grouting method was adopted. Through the filling test it was proved that the construction quality entirely met the requirements.
