摘要
外燃式热风炉因其结构及内衬耐火材料的特点 ,如果凉炉不当将导致热风炉内衬在凉炉过程中产生严重的结构性破损。为确保安全凉炉 ,在热风炉正式凉炉前 ,通过对热风炉用硅砖的岩相分析和有关性能测试、计算机模拟和模拟炉模拟试验等研究 ,取得了一系列实验性操作参数 。
Because of its special structure and refractory characteristics,the hot stove's inner lining would be seriously damaged if it were not cooled in a proper way.In order to cool the stove safely,the rocky-phase of silica bricks has been analyzed,related properties have been studied,and computer simulations,together with analog stove tests,have been made.In this way,a series of data has been obtained,which helps to draw up a reasonable curve for the cooling of the hot stove.
