宝钢高线轧机高速区孔型系列优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 宝钢高线轧机在开工初期 ,由于高速区孔型系列设计存在缺陷 ,多数线材成品精度一直达不到设计要求。 2 0 0 0年开始对高速区孔型进行优化研究 ,提高C级精度命中率和成材率 ,控制成品椭圆度 ,并将综合成材率提高了 5 % ;使用精轧生产部分规格成品 ,减少孔型系列更换的停机时间 ,减轻减定径机组的负荷 ,减少故障率和消耗 。 When Baosteel high-speed wire-rod mill went into operation,its most products' size accuracy could not come up to the designed value for some faults in the pass schedule design.Since 2000,research work on optimization of the pass schedule in high-speed zone has started.As the shooting rate of class C accuracy has been improved,and the products' ovality has been controlled,the total yield has risen by 5%.The use of part products finished on NTM has reduced the shutdown time for changing of the pass schedule series,abated the load of RSM,and lowered the failure rate and consumption.All these have been a set of recipes.
