摘要
我国电子货币的微观成本机制,已经滞后于消费者社会心理要求;而我国电子货币的宏观安全机制,尚存在不易掌控、 难于监管的隐患。两者已成为制约中国电子商务进一步大发展的因素之一。对此,亟待进行机制创新。
A development lag has been occurred between the micro-cost of E-money in China and the customers’ social psychological requirement; however, the macro-security system has still lacked efficient control. Conspicuously, micro-cost of E-Money and macro-security system have restricted the further advance in China E-commerce. Hence, it is urgent to create new system.
