Developing Circular Economy to Push Forward the New Industrialization

随着经济全球化迅猛发展,世界各国的资源和环境问题日益严重,特别是象中国这样的发展中国家,经济发展速度更 快,但资源紧缺和环境污染情况相对更严重。本文从经济快速发展与资源日趋紧缺和环境污染日益严重入手,分析了我国如果 要保持经济社会的持续、快速、健康发展,就必须遵循科学发展观,走新型工业化道路,发展循环经济。并在此基础上提出重庆发 展循环经济的重要性和必要性、目标任务和主要措施。

With the swift and violent development of economic globalization, the problems of resource and environment become terrible in every country, especially in developing countries like China—the faster the economy develops, the more serious the resource shortage and environment pollution are. If our country wants to remain developing in a persistent, fast and healthy way, it should to obey the way of new industrialization, and to develop circular economy. On the basis of analysis, this paper discusses the importance and the necessity, the aim and the measures of developing circular economy in Chongqing.
