摘要
由于食品风险事故的频繁发生, 食品安全已经成为当前引起我国社会各界普遍关注的大问题。本文首先介绍了国外发达国家美国、日本、加拿大和欧盟食品安全监管组织结构的基本模式, 然后, 根据国外的成功经验, 讨论了我国目前应当注意的问题, 提出了如何规范我国食品安全监管体制及制度设计的一些想法。
Because of the high frequency of the food risky accident,the problems on the safety of food have appealed much common concern of t he society.This article introduced the basic model of the food safety regulation of the developed countries such as the US,Japan,Canada and the EU.Furthermore,according to the successful experiences of the above countries,the problems which we should currently pay attention to were discussed and the ideas on how to regulate the food safety regulation system and the system design were brought.
