Construct vigorously cultral environment which is benificalfor young people's growth

文化环境的优劣对于青年的成长具有十分重要的影响, 因为文化是民族的母体, 是人类思想的底蕴, 要想使青年适应未来社会发展的需要, 必须构建适应青年发展的文化环境。本文认为, 创新文化环境必须注重人文关怀, 树立以人为本的观念; 必须树立法治理念, 形成对宪法的信仰; 必须以弘扬和培育民族精神为主线, 加强校园文化系统建设。

The goodness and weakness of cultral environment is very important for young people’s because it is a mother body of a nation , details of mankinds’ thoughts .In order to make youth accustomed to society development requirements in the future, this article sees: to produce cultral environment must pay attention to form an idea based on human beings’ requirements ;set up personal solicitude and rule by law as well as constitution faith ; to strengthen campus cultural system constrcution to promote and foster national spirit as a main clue.
