隔河岩水电站提前半年发电,主要在于省政府抓住了改革开放的好机遇,投资70%与中央合建;争取各方面支持,闯出一条“流域开发,建管结合”的新路子。在建设中精心组织、精心施工;坚持改革,科学决策;转变观念,依靠市场;敢于采用新技术,善于引进利用外资;建立融洽的甲乙方关系;调动各方面积极性,追求工程建设的整体效益。

Geheyan hydropower plant has been put into electricity generaton since the date in advace of half a year. It mainly because Hubei provincial government grasped favourable opportunity, took joint'venture of 700% investment with central government, explored a new valley developing approach combining with construction, management and operation, constantly improved organization and construction; upheld reform strategy with scientific decision-making; transformed sense and concept, got support from marketing; adopted advanced technology, introduced foriegn investment; coordinated relationships among the owner, clent and contractor, got whole project construction benefits from various available resources.
