摘要
介绍石油三厂污水处理场出水虽可以达到排放标准 ,但还不能达到回用水质指标 ,尤其是COD、SS、NH3 -N、油、金属离子等项与回用水指标有很大距离 ,需要深度处理。使用本方法 ,在经过了生化降解后 ,可生化污染物已被降解 ,采用物理化学方法的深度处理工艺 ,并设置了一套反渗透装置 ,通过低压反渗透膜去除水中的Na+ 、Cl-、Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 离子等 ,使水中电导率下降。以达到石油三厂回用水水质要求。
Water further uses and waste reuse is especially important in petrochemical company. If the water release from the waste water process unit get further process on the foundation of after two-level biochemistry process. The fresh water may be saved and the cost of process will be reduced. The water discharged from water-process unit in No.3 refinery can fit the stand of water release, but can not reach the water reuse unit feed criterion, especially, the inspect result of COD,SS,NH 3-N,oil and metalion have far distance from it. In the way introduced in this essay the biochemistry polluted material has been decomposed after the biochemistry process. Use the further process of physio-chemical and a set of anti-permeate unit, via the process of low pressure anti-permeate film to eliminate the metal ion of Na +,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ etc, in order to reduce the electric conduction ratio, and reach the consumer requirement of No.3 refinery reuse water quality.
