摘要 催化剂裂化分馏塔中的氨氮和氯离子 ,在水的作用下形成的氯化铵水溶液逐步向下流动并提浓 ,直至形成盐垢附着于塔板及降液管内 ,严重影响正常生产。通过增加水洗水量、降低分馏塔顶温度至 95℃以下的方法 ,在不切断进料的前提下 ,溶解盐垢并将其带出塔外 ,恢复正常操作。提出了加强电脱盐操作方法和根据实际情况在设计中应采取的预防措施。 Aqueous ammonium chloride formed by ammonia nitrogen and chlorine ion on the effect of water flowed down and concentrated gradually until they formed into solid salt which would seriously disturb the normal operation by clinging to the trays and interior of down-spouts in the FCC distillation tower . the normal operation could be regained by raising washing water and lowering the temperature of fractionator's upper part to under 95 ℃ so as to resolve and take the salt out the tower in the case of normal charging. Also the operation of electrostatic desalting improved and precautious measure in the design according to practice is raised.
