摘要
介绍了氧化微晶蜡的研制过程 ,实验结果表明 ,在高效的催化剂 ,适宜的反应温度、反应时间、空气流量下可生产出酸值超过 30mgKOH/ g的氧化微晶蜡产品。
A method of oxidized microcrystal waxes was developed.The experiments of microcrystal waxes oxidization were carried out in a pilot plant.The reactor was a 0.27 m diameter and 3m high column reactor with a conical distribution plate.The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions for preparation of the oxidized microcrystal waxes were:catalyst WS-2 0.8 %~1.2 %,reaction temperature 135~155 ℃,reaction time 3~7 h,air velocity 5~7 m/s.The oxidized microcrystal waxes with acid number of above 30 mgKOH/g could be obtained with this method.
