摘要
介绍了各种无机盐、离子交换树脂、杂多酸及沸石分子筛等不同催化剂催化合成丙酸异戊酯的研究结果。催化活性较高的为离子交换树脂、杂多酸及沸石分子筛 ,有一定的应用前景。同时作者以改性 β沸石为催化剂合成丙酸异戊酯。将 β沸石经水蒸气处理、酸处理 ,及负载金属Fe改性 ,将不同处理条件及不同硅铝比的沸石进行酯化比较 ,结果表明 ,β沸石的硅铝比越高 ,酯化率越高 ;酸量越高 ,酯化率越高。β沸石作为催化剂 ,产品质量好、选择性好 ,对设备无腐蚀 ,可重复使用。
The catalytic synthesis of Isopentyl Propionate by esterification of propionic acid and iso-pentyl alcohol using inorganic salts, strongly acidic cationic change resin, heteropoly acids and zeolites as catalysts was introduced. It showed that strongly acidic cationic change resin, heteropoly acids and zeolites were excellent catalysts for synthesis of Isopentyl Propionate and practical application value.β zeolite was applied as a new catalyst to the esterification of propionic acid and iso-pentyl alcohol.β zeolites have been modified by hydrothermal treatment, acid treatment and loading Fe. It has been showed that the silica aluminium ratio and acidity of catalysts were higher, the yield of esters was higher.β zeolite that was applied as catalyst was of higher activity, good selectivity, no pollution and using repeatly.
