摘要
通过对酮苯车间泵 - 19腐蚀产物、金相组织、腐蚀微观形貌分析观察 ,及从热力学的角度分析判断该泵叶片的腐蚀失效的原因 ,即该叶片的腐蚀失效是电化学腐蚀和磨蚀磨损交互作用的结果 ,这两种腐蚀方式相互作用加速叶片的腐蚀。根据叶片的腐蚀原因提出了相应的防护措施。
The paper analyzes the reasons of corrosion invalid of the pump blade by analyzing the corrosion product ,metallography issue ,corrosion micro-shape and thermodynamics of pump_19 in ketone-benzene unit. I.e. the corrosion invalid of the blade is the result of the interaction of electrochemical corrosion and wear and tear ,which speed up the corrosion of the blade . The protective measurements are proposed based on the corrosion reasons of the pump blade.
