摘要
介绍一种提取荔枝基因组DNA的有效方法,即在传统CTAB法的基础上,于CTAB抽提液中加入1%的PVP。影响荔枝基因组DNA提取质量的因素有3个:第一是取材,第二是磨样与温育时间,第三是防止褐化。
This paper introduced an efficient method to extract genomic DNA from litchi. One percent PVP was added to CTAB extraction solution on the base of traditional CTAB method. There were three factors that affected extraction quality of genomic DNA in litchi. The first is selection of materials, the second is milling of samples and incubation time, the third is preventing materials from being brown.
