苏云金芽孢杆菌毒力检测方法综述 被引量:5

摘要 苏云金芽孢杆菌是目前世界上研究最多、产量最大、应用最广的生物杀虫剂,它具有专一性强、对人畜无害、防治效果好以及生物降解无残毒等优点。本文综合叙述了苏云金芽孢杆菌的毒力检测方法,包括生物测定法、HPLC法、免疫分析法、质谱法和电泳法,其中生物测定法是国际标准方法,已被普遍采用;HPLC法、免疫分析法、质谱法和电泳法是检测伴孢晶体或外毒素的含量,属于间接毒力测试方法。 Bacillus thuringiensis is best known, most widely used and commercially successful bioinsecticides. It has high host-specific activity and effects, kill non-target insects. It can not hurt human being and animal. Furthermore it can be disaggregated by microbe without any remains. In this paper the assays of toxicity of Bacillus thuringiensis, including bioassay, HPLC, immunoassay, MS and electrophoresis were reviewed. Bioassay is an international standard which is used generally; HPLC, immunoassay, MS and electrophoresis are indirect assess approachs which identified parasporal crystal or extoxin.
