摘要
目的:探索光线对小梁细胞的生物学影响。方法:用不同波长、不同功率的可见光照射体外培养的牛眼小梁细胞,观察小梁细胞的形态结构、增殖及吞噬功能的影响。结果:小功率的可见光对细胞无明显影响,当光的功率增加到1.12mw/cm2时,出现细胞浆粗糙、细胞增殖减慢、细胞吞噬功能降低。这种光毒性作用以白光(混合波长光)最大,紫光和黄光次之,红光最小。结论:可见光在能量较高时对小梁细胞有光毒性损伤,提示我们在手术或眼部检查时尽可能避免强光长时间照射眼睛。
Objective To explore the biological effects of light on trabecular cells. Methods The cultured bovine trabecular cells in vitro were exposed to visible light of differtent wavelengths with different energy. The cellular morphology, proliferation and phagocytosis were observed. Results Low-energy light had insignificant effect on the trabecular cells. When the energy reached 1. 12 mw/cm2,cytoplasm showed a rough appearance, and cell proliferation and phagocytosis decreased. The strong'phototoxicity was produced by white light (compound chromatic light), medial by violet light or yellow light, and mild by red light. Conclusions The visible light has phototoxic effect on trabecular cells when its energy was high. This reminds us to avoiding exposure of the eyes to strong light for a long time when operating or examining on patients' eyes.
