肝脂片抗大鼠脂肪肝的实验研究

Experimental Study of the Effects of Ganzhi Tablet on Fatty Liver in the Rats

目的:探讨肝脂片防治脂肪肝的疗效及其作用机理。方法:采用高脂饲料复制大鼠脂肪肝模型,同时分别给予不同剂量的肝脂片,观察肝组织病理形态的变化,测定肝组织总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)含量变化,以及肝超歧物过氧化物酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和维生素E(Vit E)含量的变化,并与模型组作比较。结果:肝脂片组的肝组织脂肪变性基本恢复正常,同时肝内TC和TG含量,及肝内SOD、MDA、GSH和Vit E含量恢复到接近正常。结论:肝脂片对脂肪肝的形成具有明显的防治作用,其机理除了减少脂肪自肠道的吸收外,还具有保护肝脏,提高肝抗氧化能力,促进其对脂质的氧化与转运功能的作用。

Objective To study the protective and therapeutic effects of Ganzhi Tablet (GZT) on fatty liver and their mechanism . Methods Forty rats were randomly divided iuto five groups, i. e. normal, model, Dongbaogantai, low dose of GZT and high dose of GZT groups. The animal model of fatty liver was duplicated by high fat diet in rats. The changes in pathology of liver and the contents of malonyldialdehyde(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD) ,glutathione (GSH) , vitamine E(Vit E), triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol(TC) in the liver tissues were determined in all the groups and compared with each other. Results The fatty degeneration of liver was basically recovered to normal and the liver contents of MDA, SOD, GSH, Vit E,TC and TG returned to near normal range in GZT treatment group. Conclusions The results show that GZT has protective and therapeutic effects on fatty liver, and these effects may be associated with decrease in lipids absorption in intestine, improvement in liver ability of antioxidation and increase in the lipolysis and removing TG from the liver produled by GZT.
