反应形成MoSi_2/Al_2O_3陶瓷复合材料的微观结构

摘要 以MoO_3、Al和Si为原料,通过控制工艺,用反应烧结法制备MoSi_2/Al_2O_3陶瓷复合材料。通过对MoO_3+Al+Si在Ar气氛中反应的差热曲线分析来确定烧结MoSi_2/Al_2O_3陶瓷复合材料的热处理工艺。分析了生成的MoSi_2/Al_2O_3陶瓷复合材料的X射线图谱、扫描电镜图和能谱分析图,以确定其微观结构。 MoO_3, Al and Si are used as raw materials, through process control to fabricate MoO_3/Al_2O_3 ceramic composite by reaction sintering process. This article is trying to determine the sintering process of MoO_3/Al_2O_3 ceramic composite through the DTA of MoO_3+Al+Si with Ar atmosphere. And to measure the composition and microstructures of MoO_3/Al_2O_3 ceramic composite by XRD, SEM and EDS.
