摘要
我国华东地区最大的水口水电站,从开工到第一台机组发电工期仅为6年5个月。在建设中,以进度控制为龙头,以质量控制为中心,以科学技术求效益,实现了工程建设的高速度、高质量、高效益。经过实践,建设、监理单位合一;建设公司聘请本工程设计单位的设计人员组成设计管理部;工程分标等做法,尚需因地制宜,进一步探讨。
The Shuikou hydropower project, the largest of its kind in East China, began its initial operation in only six years and five months after its construction started. The construction characterized by high working speed, high engineering quality, and high benefit has been strictly kept to the project schedule and quality control program and great attention has also been paid to the application of new technology. The designers of the project were invited by the corporation to form a design management department, and the constructor and the superintendent were united. There still remain some aspects which need further research, for example, project classification for inviting tenders.
