摘要
目的 :探讨肺癌介入治疗并发症的治疗和预防。方法 :188例原发性肺癌患者 ,男 117例 ,女 71例 ,年龄 31～ 72岁。支气管动脉灌注化疗 (BAI) 15 7例 ,BAI和肺动脉联合灌注化疗 (PAI) 2例 ,支气管动脉化疗栓塞 (BAE) 2 9例。结果 :本组病例共做介入治疗 4 32次 ,平均每例 2 3次。共发生并发症 32 0人次 ,其中导管操作引起的并发症 11人次 ,对比剂引起的并发症 15 7人次 ,化疗药物引起的并发症 14 9人次 ,脊髓损伤 1例 ,胸廓内动脉误栓 1例 ,术后因呼吸衰竭死亡 1例。结论 :积极防治并发症对提高介入治疗的临床效果有重要的作用。
Objective:To determine prevention and treatment complications of interventional therapy for pulmonary carcinoma.Methods:188 patients with pulmonary carcinoma,117 males, 71 fenmales, arange from 31 to 72 years old. 157 treated by bronchial arterial infusion (BAI), 2 by BAI and pulmonary arterial infusion (PAI),29 by bronchial artery embolization (BAE).Results:432 intervent ional therapy were done in the all 188 patients, all the 432 operations were successful.complications ocured320, II by the injury of catheter tecnique, 157 by the side effct of contrast medium, 149 by the of medicine, 1 with spinal injury, 1 embolized internal thoracic artery by mistake, 1 died of respiration failure.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion:Acticely prenent the treatment complications contribute to improve the effect of intervent ional trerapy for pulmonary carcinoma.
