摘要
磁共振波谱作为无创性地检测人体生化代谢的唯一手段 ,自 2 0世纪 80年代末开始应用于临床。原理包括化学位移和自旋耦合。正确的定位是测量准确的关键 ,目前最常用的空间定位技术有STEAM和PRESS序列。1HMRS的敏感性受很多因素的影响 ,如原子核的自然丰度、固有的敏感性、机器的性能指标及其序列参数、体素的位置及大小、磁场强度、对比剂等。总之 ,MRS受很多因素的影响 ,应予综合考虑。本文对1HMRS的基本原理、空间定位技术及影响因素加以综述。
H MRS is the only noninvasive method providing information on biochemical profile of tissue in vivo,which has been used in clinic since the late 1980s.Its principle includes chemical shift and spin-coupling. Accurate spatial localization is the key to measure correctly.Currently, STEAM and PRESS are the common spatial localization technique.Many factors affect the sensitivity of 1H MRS, including the natural richness and intrinsic sensitivity of nuclear、ability of scanner、the position and volume of voxel、contrast factor et al. In all,many factors affect the sensitivity of 1H MRS which should be considered of all. We reviewed the principle、spatial localization technique and the affecting factors of 1H MRS.
