The neuroimaging and recurrence prediction of meningioma

脑膜瘤的影像学表现复杂 ,特定的影像学表现与组织病理分型及预后相关。从影像学表现来推断其组织学良恶性及复发可能性有一定的意义。本文综述了近年对高复发脑膜瘤的影像学研究成果 ,试图寻找影像学提前预测脑膜瘤复发的特征 ,以便为临床早期预防和积极治疗提供理论依据。

Meningioma has a variale neuroimaging and some special characteristics are connected with histopathological subtypes and prognosis.It's clinical meaningful to judge the pathological malignancy and probility of recurrence according to the features of neuroimaging.We summarized the recent studies of the highly recurrent meningioma,and tried to figure out the neuroimaging characteristics which are most probably correlated with meningioma recurrence,in order to give theoretical support to clinical early prevention and comprehensive therapy of highly recurrent meningioma.
