The economic efficiency of Liujiaxia, Yanguoxia and Bapanxia power stations built on the upper reach of the Yellow River in Gansu Province are reported in developing industry, agriculture, electric energy, flood protection, iccpiling elimination, and in water supply and environment protection. Now the water power stations serve as mainstay for the province's progress.
