碳纳米管载镍催化剂的制备及其催化甲烷部分氧化反应活性的研究 被引量:7

摘要 用自行合成的碳纳米管(CNTs)作为载体,制备了高分散催化剂NiO/CNTs。通过TEM,XRD,TGA及表面积与孔径测定仪等测试手段对该负载型催化剂的物相、粒子的形貌和粒度进行了表征。研究了催化剂催化CH4部分氧化反应的活性。结果证明,在实验条件下载镍碳纳米管催化剂中镍以NiO的晶相存在,呈球状小颗粒,并均匀地分布在碳纳米管上;NiO/CNTs催化剂是CH4部分氧化反应的良好催化剂。 A highly dispersed NiO/CNTs catalyst was prepared from carbon nanotube obtained in lab as catalyst carrier. The nanoparticle size, and phase were characterized by means of TEM,XRD,TGA,surface area and pore diameter measurements. Their catalytic activities in partial oxidation of CH4 were studied. Under experimental conditions nickel oxide existed in crystalline phase of NiO, and evenly dispersed in form of microspheres on surface of carbon nanotubes. Its catalytic activity in partial oxidation of CH4 was excellent.
