摘要
用YAG脉冲激光的1.06 μm光束在一个大气压的N2中产生激光等离子体,并对该等离子体在大约300~900 nm谱段的发射光谱进行了实验研究.实验结果表明,氮气激光等离子体光谱由较强的连续光谱背景和迭加在其上的若干线状光谱组成.随着光谱采样的延时,激光等离子体中各光谱组分的强度有不同的相对变化.
Plasmas by laser-induced breakdown in nitrogen at 1 atm are produced using the 1.06 μm beam from a YAG laser. The spectra of these plasmas in the range of 300~900 nm are obtained. The preliminary results show that all the spectra consist of a strong continuous background and some line spectra. With delay sampling, the spectra will vary remarkably.
