露木尔镇咳祛痰有效部位研究

Study on the Active Part of Phlomis younghunsbandii Mukerjj

目的 :比较露木尔不同提取物镇咳祛痰作用 ,为寻找确定其镇咳祛痰有效部位提供实验基础。方法 :制备露木尔不同提取物 ,观察其对浓氨引起的小鼠咳嗽和酚红致呼吸道分泌物的影响。结果与结论 :露木尔正丁醇提取物能显著减少小鼠的咳嗽次数 ,减少呼吸道分泌物 ,是露木尔镇咳祛痰的主要有效部位 ;水提取物也能减少呼吸道分泌物 ,是祛痰作用的有效部位之一。

Objective: To observe the effects of different extracts from roots of Phlomis younghunsbandii Mukerjj and experimental basis for finding and defining active fraction. Methods: The antitussive activities of different extracts from P. younghunsbandii Mukerjj were investigated through testing the cough times induced by ammonium hydroxide in mice; The expectorant activities were observed by testing the amount of Phlegm secteted in mice. Results and Conclusion: The n-Butanol extract of P. Younghunsbandii Mukerii showed the antitussive, expectorant activites. It is the major active part. The water extract is the expectorant active part as well.
