摘要
目的 :研究山莴苣Lactucaindica全草的化学成分。方法 :硅胶柱色谱分离纯化 ,化学及波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果 :分离得到 13个化合物 ,经理化及波谱数据分析鉴定为 :正二十六醇 (1) ,β 香树脂醇 (2 ) ,对羟甲基苯甲酸 (3) ,β 谷甾醇 (4) ,木犀草素 (5 ) ,齐墩果酸 (6 ) ,α 香树脂醇 (7) ,芹菜素 (8) ,胡萝卜苷 (9) ,槲皮素 (10 ) ,槲皮素 3 O 葡萄糖苷 (11) ,芹菜素 7 O 葡萄糖醛酸苷 (12 ) ,芹菜素 7 O 葡萄糖苷 (13)。结论 :其中化合物 (1) ,(3) ,(6 ) ,(12 )为首次从该植物中得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Lactuca indica. Method: The compounds were isolated with silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidences and spectral analysis (EI MS, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR). Result: 13 compounds were identified as hexacosanol (1), β amyrin (2), p hydroxymethyl benzoic acid (3), β sitosterol (4), luteolin (5), oleanlic acid (6), α amyrin (7), apigenin (8), daucosterol (9), quercetin (10), quercetin 3 O glucoside (11), apigenin 7 O glucopyranside (12), apigenin 7 O glucoside (13). Conclusion: Compound (1), (3), (6), (12)were isolated for the first time from the title plant.
