熟地黄多糖对血虚模型小鼠的影响

Influence of Rehmannia glutinosa polyses on model mice of deficiency of blood

目的 :观察熟地黄多糖 (RGP)对模型小鼠外周血象、骨髓造血干细胞、骨髓有核细胞的影响。方法 :各组小鼠连续灌胃 8～ 9d ,腹腔注射环磷酰胺 (CY)致化学损伤血虚模型 ,取全血测外周血象、骨髓有核细胞计数 ;各组小鼠尾静脉注射同种供体小鼠骨髓细胞悬液 ,取脾脏固定 ,观察外源性脾结节形成 ,各组小鼠以60 Coγ全身照射7 2 5Gy ,取脾脏观察内源性脾结节形成 ;各组小鼠60 Coγ全身照射 7 5Gy ,复制出放射性损伤模型 ,测外周血象和骨髓有核细胞数量。结果 :RGP各组对CY血虚模型小鼠外周血象、骨髓有核细胞下降均有拮抗作用 ,与模型组比较 ,有显著差异。对小鼠脾结节的形成有明显的促进作用 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,对于小鼠外周血象的放射性损伤 ,RGP高剂量组可明显抑制小鼠全血细胞减少 (P <0 0 5 ) ,RGP低剂量组虽可提高损伤小鼠血细胞数量 ,但无统计学意义。结论 :熟地黄多糖对于不同血虚模型小鼠外周血象、骨髓有核细胞下降均有拮抗作用 ,对小鼠造血干细胞具有促进增殖、分化作用。
