摘要
长江中下游堤防的安危直接关系两岸人民的生命财产安全。该文根据影响长江堤防安全的主要因素,在设定的多层次指标体系基础上,将层次分析法(AHP)用于堤防的安全评价中,其中考虑了信息不全的AHP和不确定的AHP。该方法将复杂的问题分解成若干层次,在比原问题简单得多的层次上逐步分析,从而达到解决问题的目的。根据所得到的最终安全评价得分能够综合评价堤防的安全性。
The Yangtze River levee plays an important role in protecting people and property in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to assess the safety of the Yangtze River levee based on the specified hierarchy index system, using the fragmentary AHP and the indeterminate AHP. The AHP easily solves the problem by reducing the complex object to several parts. The AHP assessment of the levee safety provides for more effective management and reinforcement of the levee.
