黄河流域水量调度的自校正控制模型 被引量:10

Self-tuning control model for the Yellow River water regulation system

摘要 为克服单纯人工调水的局限,满足现代黄河水调工作的需要,建立了黄河流域水量调度的自校正控制模型。以防凌、防断流以及"公平分水"为模型控制目标,以黄河干流骨干水库为调节器,及时跟踪、掌握水调系统控制流量、引水流量、水库泄量、水位等状态参数,调节水库泄流、调整引水计划。运用该模型编制了黄河流域2001至2002水文年的水调方案并与当年实际情况对比。结果显示与实际水调情况下的控制断面流量平均偏差1.05%,小浪底水库下泄流量平均偏差2.77%,各省区耗水量平均偏差4.40%,省区耗水过程偏差14.37%。该模型目前已经在黄河水量调度中心投入运行。 Traditional manual control methods can not effectively meet the needs of the modern Yellow River water regulation system. Therefore, a self-tuning control model was developed for the Yellow River which uses adaptive control. The model seeks to protect the river basin system against dry-ups and ice hazards and to fairly allocate water. The important reservoirs of the Yellow River act as accumnlators in the system. The model can capture all the system information in a timely manner and adjust reservoir discharges or water supply scheme to approach the desired targets. Calculated results for the 2001-2002 hydrologic year show that the model can automatically provide water allocation, runoff control and coordinated reservoir operation. The model is now in operation in the Yellow River Water Regulation Center.
