摘要
从广西一些县市采集辣椒茎标本,经分离得到41个细菌菌株,分属为土壤杆菌(Agrobacteriumspp.)、分枝杆菌(Mycobacteriumspp.)、微杆菌(Microbacteriumspp.)、欧文氏菌(Erwiniaspp.)和芽孢杆菌(Bacillusspp.),其中芽孢杆菌(Bacillusspp.)为优势种群。用抑菌圈法测定对茄青枯病菌有拮抗作用的有3个菌株,用浸种法和注射法测定具内生性的有17个菌株,具内生性同时又具拮抗作用的有2个菌株。
Forty-one bacterial strains were isolated from the stems of pepper plants collected from some cities(counties) of Guangxi at the fruiting stage. The strains were preliminarily classified as Agrobacterium spp.,Mycobacterium spp., Microbacterium spp.,Erwinia spp.and Bacillus spp..Among these five isolated genera, isolates of Bacillus were the dominant endophytic bacteria in pepper plants. According to the test of inhibiting the growth of Ralstonia solanacearum,three strains have antagonistic activity against the plant pathogen. On the basis of the test of endo-growth in plant with the method of soaking seed and injecting the strain to the stem of pepper, seventeen strains were endomicrobite and two of them also inhibit the growth of R. solanacearum.
