A study on the development of agricultural integration's organization of China

推进农业产业化经营必须发展和完善产业化经营组织。当前我国存在着契约一体化、垂直一体化、横向一体化三种农业产业化经营组织模式,这些组织模式各具优缺点,在发展中存在着诸如经营组织规模较小、实力较弱、龙头企业的带动能力和抗风险能力不强、内部经营机制不够健全等问题。必须采取有效措施,因地制宜地发展和完善我国的农业产业化经营组织。

In order to push agricultural integration management,it's necessary to develop and perfect its organization. At present,there are three models of agricultural integration management organization in China,namely agreement integration,vertical integration and horizontal integration with their own advantages and disadvantages. Their development is coupled with problems such as the small scale and weak strength of management organization,the weak leading and anti-risk capability of the leading enterprises,and the unsound internal management system. Therefore,effective measures should be taken to develop and perfect the agricultural integration management organization according to the real situations of China.
