摘要
采用超音速气流粉碎方法对绢云母进行超细粉碎 ,通过控制进口压力、工作压力和进料速度可生产出不同粒度、径厚比的绢云母超细粉 (鳞片 ) .采用硅烷偶联剂对超细绢云母进行表面化学改性 ,通过对径厚比、改性绢云母填充量等变量的研究 ,探讨改性绢云母增强尼龙 6力学性能的变化规律 .实验结果表明 ,高径厚比改性绢云母增强尼龙 6的力学性能有显著的提高 .
The ultrafine sericite powder (slice) with different size and diameter thickness ratio can be produced by adopting supersonic airflow crashing and by controlling entrance pressure and working pressure and feeding speed. The surface chemical modification of ultrafine sericite was carried out by using silane coupling agent. Such variables as diameter thickness ratio and filling amount of modified sericite were investigated. The regular pattern of the change of capacity of modified sericite in strengthening mechanical performance of nylon 6 was explored. As shown by experimental results, the capacity of modified sericite with higher diameter thickness ratio in strengthening nylon 6 is improved significantly.
