摘要
采用金斯特林格模型,由烧成动力学方法,对高铁和高铝两种水泥配料在掺与不掺矿化剂条件下的煅烧过程进行了动力学研究。结合生产工艺和有关理论对动力学参数进行了讨论;分析了高铁水泥生产节能的机理;并根据实验结果,通过理论计算给出了节能数值。
The kinetics of the calcination process to high alumina and high ferric cement without and with mineralizers have been studied by the method of calcination kinetics according to Ginstling model.The kinetic parameters attaining from the experiment and calculation were discussed with combining the the- ory and technique.The saving energy mechanism of high ferric cement in production was analyzed and the saving energy effect was calculated.The result will have the action of the direction in practical pro- duction.
