大量吸烟对喉鳞状细胞癌组织中p27基因、VEGF、bFGF及微血管密度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨大量吸烟对喉鳞状细胞癌组织中p2 7基因、血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)表达和肿瘤内微血管密度 (intratumoralmicrovesseldensity ,IMVD)的影响。方法采用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光染色技术 ,检测 4 5例喉鳞状细胞癌组织中p2 7、bFGF、VEGF表达 ,并用抗FⅧ因子抗体标记癌组织血管内皮细胞 ,计算IMVD ,并将其以是否大量吸烟分为 2组 ,进行对比分析。结果大量吸烟组与非大量吸烟组比较 ,p2 7呈低表达 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,VEGF呈高表达 (P <0 .0 1) ,IMVD数目增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,bFGF表达无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;p2 7与bFGF表达呈负相关 (r =- 0 .4 9,P <0 .0 1) ,bFGF与IMVD呈正相关 (r =0 .72 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论大量吸烟影响鳞状细胞癌组织p2 7。 ObjectiveTo investigate heavy smoking influence on p27 gene,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) expression and intratumoral microvessel density(IMVD) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas. MethodsThe specimens from 45 laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas were studied by flow cytometry and immunofluorecence for p27,VEGF,bFGF expressions. IMVD was calculated by labeling the endothelial cells of the blood vessels within the tumor. ResultsComparing the group of heavy smoking with not heavy smoking,p27 gene expression was lower(P< 0.05),VEGF expression higher(P< 0.01),IMVD numbers were more(P< 0.05),bFGF was equal(P> 0.05),and p27 expression was inversely correlated with expression of bFGF(r= -0.49,P< 0.01),and bFGF was positively with IMVD numbers(r= 0.72,P< 0.01).ConclusionHeavy smoking had an infuence on p27,bFGF,VEGF expression and IMVD in laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas.
