摘要 利用不同基因型多隐纯合体甜玉米材料进行杂交,获得杂交种,再同时种植这些杂交组合及其亲本材料,在授粉 15d后测定一系列品质指标,分析其遗传规律,主要结果如下:(1)大部分组合含糖量高峰期出现在授粉后15~18d。大 部分组合的最高含糖量大于或介于两亲本间。(2)大部分组合蛋白质含量6次测定总平均数低于或介于两亲本间。大部 分组合在授粉后18~30d蛋白质含量变幅不大。蛋白质含量最大值出现在收获期。(3)含油量随授粉后天数的延迟而 上升。大部分组合的含油量最大值出现在收获期,大部分组合的含油量最大值较其对应亲本高或介于两亲本间。(4)大 部分组合授粉后18~30d果皮厚度平均值较对应亲本高或介于两亲本间。大部分组合在同一授粉后天数取样果皮厚度 与对应亲本差异不显著。(5)含水量随授粉后天数的延迟而下降,大部分组合5次含水量平均数高于或介于两亲本间。 在灌浆期每一基因型都存在一个含水量相对稳定的时期。 Deferent genotypes of multiple recessive homozygous of sweet corn were crossed with each other and the hybrids were got. They were planted together with their parents at the same time. A series of quality characters were studied from the 15th day after pollination, and the genetic laws of multiple recessive homozygous of sweet corn were analysed. The main results were as follows: (1) The periods of the highest soluble sugar content for most of multiple recessive homozygous combinations were shown in the stage from 15 to 18 days after pollination. And the highest content for most of combinations was higher or situated between parents. (2) The protein contents from 6 measurement means of combinations were lower or situated between parents. And the protein content did not vary too much in the stage from 18 to 30 days after pollination. The periods of the highest protein contents of combination were shown in the harvesting period. (3) The oil content was increasing with the days after pollination. The highest oil content for most of combinations was shown in the harvesting period. The highest oil content for most of combinations was higher or situated between parents. (4) The mean value of pericarp thickness for most of multiple recessive homozygous combinations was thicker than parents or situated between parents in the stage from 18 to 30 days after pollination. The pericarp thickness for most of combinations was not different from that of the corresponding parents on the same day after pollination. (5) The water louteuts was down with the days after pollination .The moisture means from 5 measurements for most of combinations were higher or situated between parents. And a relatively stable stage in the filling period was observed for each genotype.
