摘要
本文研究不同剂量的Ar+注入紫花苜蓿后对种子发芽、生长及幼苗脂质过氧化的影响,并观察其随萌发天数的变 化趋势。结果表明,离子注入对种子发芽率(势)、根长及有丝分裂指数的影响呈独特的“马鞍型”剂量效应曲线,即在一 定的剂量范围能提高种子的发芽率(势)、根长,和有丝分裂指数。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化 物酶(POD)活性随萌发天数增加而逐渐升高,注入剂量为6×1016Ar+/cm2时,三种酶的活性最高。过氧化物酶同功酶 酶谱显示:各剂量下幼苗POD同功酶谱带数量没有变化,而仅表现为酶活性的变化。
Seeds of alfalfa (Medicago sative L.) Longdong alfalfa, were used to investigate the effects of different dosage of Ar + ion beam radiation alfalfa seeds on seed sprouting ,growth ,mitotic index and Lipid Perxidation in Alfalfa Seedling。The results showed that germination rate , energy of germination of treated seeds ,root length ,and mitotic index were fitted typical curves. The activities of catalase(CAT)、peroxidase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were enhanced under dosage of 6×10 16 Ar +/cm 2 ion beam implantation, and With time going on, Their activities increased. The isoenzymes zymogram of peroxidase shows that a mont of enzymic belt on peroxidase isozymes of seedling have not changed While enzymic activity on peroxidase isozymes have changed,so plants have different sentivity to different dosage of Ar +ion beam radiation
