结核杆菌蛋白质组学研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着结核杆菌 H37Rv等基因组测序的完成 ,应用双向电泳、质谱及生物信息学技术开展的蛋白质组学研究正成为结核杆菌研究的热点。本文对结核杆菌的生理学、毒力因子、血清学诊断。
