The design of a kind of new typed automatic inspection mechanical device for ring-mounted pistons was introduced. The probe adjusting mechanism has four degrees of freedom. The arc typed synchronous belt transmission technique was adopted for the rotation of rollers, and by means of pulse width modulation technology to realize step-less regulation on the rolling speed of rollers. This inspection equipment has already been put into spot employment, and has achieved good results.
