摘要
研究了一个非初等函数与一个初等函数相等的矛盾现象,给出了这一现象的一个合理解释,进而探讨并揭示了初等函数的一个重要性质.
In mathematical analysis,∑∞n=0x^n=11-x, ∫~x_0cost dt=sin x are well known formulas. In each formula, the left side is not an elementary function, the right side is an elementary function. This is a contradiction which has not been explained reasonably so far. This phenomenon was studied and a reasonable explanation was presented in this paper. A property of elementary function was also discussed.
