摘要
增湿塔是新型干法水泥厂常用的设备,其喷水量的调节直接影响到增湿降温的效果。本文结合工源水泥厂技改工程的设计实例,提出了采用带前馈——反馈的喷水量调节系统,该系统可以更好地保证增湿塔的使用效果。
The conditioning tower is an equipment used in new dry-process cement plant for improving the efficiency of electrostatic precipitators of kiln. The amount of water injecetion directly in fluences the results of humidification and temperature reducing of the kiln exit gas. The author presents that the feed forward-feedback system for controlling the water injection can eusure the performance of conditioning tower, which is applied in the technical innovation project of Gong Yuan Cement Plant as an example.
