摘要
本文结合水泥立窑罗茨风机采用液力偶合器调速可否节能、应否推广这一有争议的实际问题,对论断其传动效率等于速比(η=i)从而不可节能的理论基础提出疑问,并提出新的分析与思考方法,建议通过实验进行考察。新的理论破除η=i的固定模式,为优化设计、改进结构、提高效率指出了可能性。
The paper discussed the questionable assertion that a Roots blower equipped with va- riable speed hydraulic coupling is unable to save energy, The theoretical basis of this discussion is whether the transmitting efficiency of the drive 'η' is equal to the speed ratio 'i'. The author sug- gests a testing method to ascertain whether the relation η=i is correct. A definite answer to this question will be helpful to optimize the design and accordingly to improve the driving efficiency.
